Simply unachievable via traditional methods, this wheel is a fine example of what can be obtained using our technology. This wheel, with double external cogs and one internal cog, has the distinct advantage of being extremely accurate:  coaxiality: £ 4µm.
Moreover, the profile of the cogs obtained fits perfectly with the theoretical (or ideal) contour.
